Wolf Herzberger joined the firm in 1981 following his studies and legal traineeship in Mannheim and Heidelberg.
He advises and represents companies in the field of business law, focusing on company sales, technology transfer, commercial law, distribution law, standard terms and conditions and director's liability.
Wolf Herzberger has extensive experience in family law, particularly where the division of shared property and assets is very complex.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht), the Law and Economics Working Party (Arbeitskreis Recht und Wirtschaft) and the Corporate Law Association (Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung).
