Daniel Schneidenbach did his law degree and his legal training in Heidelberg. During both his studies and legal traineeship he was a research assistant under Görg Haverkate and at the Institute for German and European Technology and Environmental Law in Heidelberg. During his legal traineeship he had seats at the German University of Administrative Sciences (Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften), Baden-Württemberg administrative court (Verwaltungsgerichtshof Baden-Württemberg) and an international law firm in Frankfurt a. M. From 2003 until he joined the firm in 2005 he was a partner with a local law firm. He did his doctorate under Fritz Nicklisch on IT law.

Daniel Schneidenbach joined the firm in 2005. He is a qualified specialist lawyer in construction and architectural law and works primarily in this field and public construction law. His clients include many local authorities, municipal organisations, building companies, architects and owner-developers. As a qualified specialist lawyer in IT law and he also has expertise in drafting software agreements, conditions for use for websites and data protection issues.

He is a member of Deutschen Gesellschaft für Baurecht e.V., the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein) and the private construction law working party of the Heidelberg Bar Association.
