Corinna Stiehl studied in Mannheim and Angers (France). Following her legal traineeship in Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Munich she joined Schlatter in 2004 where she has since worked in the field of inheritance and family law.

In her inheritance law work she focuses on mandates involving communities of heirs and the compulsory portion of a testator's estate, including drafting wills, anticipatory succession, advance health-care directives, continuing and welfare powers of attorney.

She is a qualified specialist in family law and represents clients on divorce and associated matters such as settlement of accrued gains, assets and liabilities, and maintenance. Her work also covers marriage contracts, separation and divorce agreements.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Corinna Stiehl is also a mediator.

She has trained as a specialist in inheritance law, is a member of the Institut für Erbrecht, the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein) and the family law working party. She is also a trained mediator (IKOM, Frankfurt/Main) and supporting member of the German Working Group on Family Mediation (Bundes-Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Familien-Mediation e.V.) (BAFM).
