Out-of-court dispute resolution

Disputes between lawyers and clients may be settled – on application – by means of the out-of-court resolution procedure of the regional bar association (Rechtsanwaltskammer) in Karlsruhe (in acc. with § 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 German Lawyers' Code (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO), or the layers' arbitration board (§ 191f German Lawyers' Code) at the German Chamber of Lawyers (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer), see website of German Chamber of Lawyers (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle[at]brak.de.
